We provide an assortment of ways for you to pay for our services, so you can choose the best one to suit you.  If you choose to ‘pay as you go’, could we respectfully ask you settle within 7 days of a treatment.

Payment Terms

The different Payment Methods available include:

  • Pre-pay for planned services from March to February each year (discounts apply)
  • Pay online by logging in to Customer Assistant 
  • Pay by monthly direct debit
    • We will simply divide the planned services fee by appropriate months
  • ‘Pay as you Go’ Call – the office on [01480 812393] with your credit or debit card handy (sorry, we can’t accept Amex)
  • Go online and pay by BACS to Account 0270 0004  Sort Code 30-94-47
    • Please ensure you include your name and customer reference number so we can mark your payment against your account
  • By cheque payable to ProLawnCare Ltd
    • Please use the pre-paid envelope provided
  • Alternatively you can hand money to your lawn technician on the day; they can take either cash or cheques
